  • SHIPPING DETAILS:

Please allow us up to 3-5 business days to process your orders. If you would like expedited shipping, please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout. If there are any questions about your order, please feel free to email us at cosmicparlor@gmail.com or fill out the form on the 'Contact' page. All emails will be answered within 24 - 48 hours during our working hours Mon-Fri 8am - 8pm.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 1 week from the date your pieces are delivered to you.

*Note: Items being returned and/or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still on.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return, we will issue you a store credit (that does not expire) once we receive your returned piece(s). We do not provide pre-paid labels, therefore you are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received damaged piece(s) or wrong item(s), but new goods will be shipped free of charge. When your return has been processed you will be notified by email. Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your account.

For exchanges, please email cosmicparlor@gmail.com for a return/exchange form. We will provide you with a 'Return Authorization Number' (RAN#) to include on your form and the address to send your pieces back too.

*Note: All returns and exchanges are only accepted with a 'Return Authorization Number'.
